While the process is basically the same for each feedstock, KLE 'fine tunes' its conversion process to each feedstock by:

• Adjusting the thermal and mechanical pre-treatment conditions
• Choosing the best enzyme and yeast organisms
• Selecting the optimum hydrolysis and fermentation process conditions

This 'fine tuning' will then be validated via campaign runs at our demo facility for each new plant.
